Clime announces managed accounts alliance
Clime Investment Management has further positioned itself in the managed accounts market, announcing it has entered into a relationship with stockbroker, Marcus Today to manage their $70 million separately managed accounts portfolios and provide licensing services.
Clime announced the relationship at the same time as confirming it had completed its acquisition of MTIS Wealth Management.
It noted that the acquisition and strategic alliance with Marcus Today followed on from its acquisition of Ralton Asset Management and another strategic alliance with Torica Funds Management.
In announcement released on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) Clime said the alliance with Marcus Today had followed an introduction from the principals of MTIS.
It said the Marcus Today managed account portfolios would be managed by the Clime investment team under the Ralton Asset Management SMA service led by chief investment officer, Will Riggall.
The announcement said the strategic alliance would identify and offer mutually beneficial services to Clime and MT investor communities, including multi-modal education forums, access to stock market and macro insights and professionally managed investment solutions.
